Weather love.

I know it's probably raining somewhere in the country and I hope they're all safe where ever the rain is, but I just really have to say that I'm loving this weather so much! The Weather app on the iPhone says that the temperature today is probably gonna go lower as soon as it hits nighttime; which means it's going to get colder and it looks consistent throughout the week. I'm gonna have to wear hoodies/jackets all the time. Not bad at all!

Since the weather is like this, I'm blasting 2AM Club's album because it just fits the weather and my mood today. Good thing my roommates already left for their class this morning and wouldn't be back until 3 hours after. I should really do something important here but so far, because of this cuddly weather, I've only managed to fix beds, drink something warm and go back under my comforter and write this. I swear I feel lazy. I know, that's bad but my bed always feels so comfy and I feel like it's always calling for me. I'm screwed if this keeps up all throughout the term. Haha.

Oh and we moved to another condo! It's so much smaller but it fits me and my roommates perfectly or least that's what I think, so far. This one is near—so much nearer—to our school! Our friend and his sister also lives just a few floors beneath us so it gets pretty chaotic when he and our other friends come over. The bathroom has heater—which I think is God's gift to humanity, especially at a time when the weather is making me feel like I'm in a refrigerator. Now, I take ages to shower. Not like I shower in haste in the first place, but I think my shower time got dramatically longer.

I sleep in the lower bunk because I feel nauseous when I'm in the upper bunk so I got first dibs on the one below. And personally, I think I sleep like a stunt man. I go from one position to another like it's my job so I think it's also safer for everybody if I get the lower one. My corkboard's still bare because I havent printed anything yet to fill it and frankly I think it's going to drop on my head anytime while I'm sleeping—and I've got to stop watching too much Final Destination movies because I'm imagining some too gory scenes again—so I'm keeping that corkboard neat until it's ready to take the heat of my requirements ;)

Anyway this is getting too lengthy again, but I just gotta put it out here that I'm actually excited for my Photography class on Thursday because we're going to do some exciting shots. Maybe I'll write about them after. Oh, and Happy New Year! I'm 22 days late but what the heck.

Rainy Tuesday

I've been listening to Maroon 5's Overexposed album for a whole week already! I love every song, or at least the ones that aren't remixed. Don't get me wrong, I love remixes but when you have 4 or 5 remixes of one song in an album, sometimes it gets too overrated. Nonetheless, I love all the other songs! I swear sometimes I wonder why they made Payphone their front song when there are so many other wonderful songs inside, like, Wipe Your Eyes, Daylight and Beautiful Goodbye. But that wasn't what I was supposed to write. LOL.

Yesterday, our college decided to suspend classes at 1:30pm due to the heavy rains that poured all over the metro all day. Frankly, I thought CSB wouldn't suspend classes until after 3pm. Let's face it, this is CSB. They're usually the last one to announce anything. It didn't help that I was also feeling a bit hesitant to attend my night class yesterday because I still hadn't finished my 2DANIM plates, but either way, I really don't have any choice. I only have a little over 6 hours to finish 4 more plates for midterms. Luckily, they did suspend the class and we're all a little bit relieved that we still have at least 24 hours to finish our midterm plates.

But of course, since we already planned something for the Tuesday break beforehand, Tihn still pushed through with her birthday surprise for Jackie. She bought Bonchon for us to pig out on and after Jackie got to the condo, we ordered KFC and somebody went down to buy ice cream while the rest of us watched Zombieland. Talk about finishing my plates. Hah.

Eventually, everything has to end and we were all left to our midterm requirements again. Hey, I was able to finish my WEBDEV images just in time. That should count for something :))

Ramblings.

Recently it seems that whenever I go back to blogger, the first thing I seem to write first is, "it's been a while" or "it's been so long.." and I promise to change and stop neglecting my blog. First step to that is changing the dull layout to something light and relaxing to the eye, Pink and White! Yes, I know it's girly. Sorry, my girl instincts are kicking it today. And 2nd step? I don't know yet. Probably post something new everyday :)

The 2nd part would most probably be hard since I just recently (and temporarily) moved out of our Mandaluyong house and moved in with my friends in Taft. We're still figuring out how we'll avail wifi for the condo, so we're pretty much relying on downloaded tv series and homework's to entertain ourselves.

I can't believe I just said 'homework's to entertain ourselves'.

Anyway, it's been a almost a month and a week since the term started and I think I'm about to go crazy from all the heavy requirements from my majors. I'm taking up all 6 majors right now and I swear that I've never been busier in my life. Okay maybe I was exactly as busy last December because of Kcon, but you get my drift. My point is, I'm going crazy.

And I have to prepare and leave for Taft now because my roommate will go all paranoid if I'm not yet there by 7pm.

It's too early for me to think of a title.

Anyway, it's been awhile and frankly I should be finishing my homework for DESNCON which I've been putting off for quite awhile now. I slept it off (again) last night because this huge headache came over me and I feel that even if I tried to do it I would just end up with a crappy work so I just went to bed early

Now I'm up at 5:30am--which I haven't done in a very long time--thinking of milk carton designs and bus wrap advertisement designs.

I've been feeling kind of apathetic to everything lately, too. I don't know why but I think I've been focusing too much on school that I'm failing to notice the other things. Not that I want to but I just feel that they really don't need my attention right now. I know it's wrong. Aaaah, sorry :(

Also, not that it bothers me but the most unexpected people liked my concept photography shot. I mean people from highs chool, the ones that I've never really been close with and the people that I haven't talked to in a really long while, liked it. I like the feeling that somehow it connects us again. Like I could just come up to them again and ask, "Hey, what's up?" Like how it used to be. Well, maybe, maybe not. But it never hurts to try. And again, I like this feeling.

I should really start with my designs.

Tuesday Night Lights

Finally! After a few days of driving around South and Makati, I finally have a few hours to myself and to work for our event.

Yesterday was so fun though! We went to Rockwell to eat at Crustasia with my Dad's sister and his Sister-in-law. It was so cozy and the food was really yummy. And I've now concluded that Mom could be one of those tour guides in those tour buses that goes all over the country. She talks non-stop and knows everything about a single place. It's so amazing how she can walk for miles too. I joked her about being a tour guide and all she said was that she'll get tired from that. Really Mom? Doesn't look like it. We walked in a hurry to Ayala Triangle from Landmark using the Greenbelt way. When we got there, I felt like I just finished Brisk Walking. My mom is so awesome! /flips table/ LOL

We got to Ayala Triangle -there were so many people of course- just in time because the lights just dimmed down, signalling that it's about to start. I was asking Donghyun where they were already and telling them that if they see lots of lights then they're near already. He's with Lizzie, Okee and her brother (still don't know his name, damn.) on the taxi and I was so scared that the taxi driver might rip them off since most of them are foreigners and Lizzie has an American accent even when she speaks Tagalog. But thankfully, they got there safe. We also called for Robyn to come by since we know that she works in Makati and she agreed to meet us there.

We never really ate at Kenny Rogers. We got so annoyed because the line doesn't seem to be moving so we just waited for Robyn and looked for a different restaurant. We ended up eating at Luk Yuen in Glorietta 5. We didn't really want to eat Chinese but we had no choice. It's just Tuesday night and Ayala is so crowded already. It's so craaaaaaaaaaazy!

Everything was spur of the moment yesterday but it was so fun! Part 2 at my house on January 7! Don't forget guys :D

I swear I love songs like these when I'm not in my best mood. It also makes me feel a little better when all I really wanna do is bang my head to the wall. >< But thanks to my bad mood, I was able to finish half of my pending works for MCA and was able to do some gfx for Beast.ph :]

Anyway on to the weekend that was. I gotta say that last saturday was one of the most fun days that I've had in a while. We were in Alabang the whole afternoon just playing and chilling out. Met up with Bea and Anton in McDo Taft and waited for Carlo (Bea's boy :]) because he'll drive us to Alabang where the others already were. We got there and we were supposed to go play Laser Tag but we were having trouble with the Harry Potter movie screening schedule. We decided to get the 8pm movie and went to Samm's village to play Frisbee in the Cuenca Park.

I've always wanted to learn how to play Frisbee but I can't catch anything to save my life. I'm forreal. Good thing the guys were patient enough to teach me and Poi (nice to meet you btw girl! :]) once we were already in the park. After we all got tired playing we rested by the bench for a while and started doing tumblings and gymnastic stuffs. I swear we are RANDOM LIKE THAT. LOL.

After playing we headed back to ATC to catch the 8pm showing of Harry Potter. I've watched it already prior to this chill day but I still watched because I think this is the funniest HP yet. :)) And seriously can you ever resist Dobby and Ron? NO. I can't. haha. AND yes I cried again.

Dad picked me up after and we went home to the Laguna house. Ahh... I missed it after not going home for like a month or so :)

My friends are like M&M's

This entry is inspired by KevJumba's Girls are like M&M's video. I've watched this video a couple of time but it's still amazing. I love how KevJumba made his point across a lot of people by using M&M's. LOL. But for my entry, I'm not gonna talk about interracial relationships like he did. I'm gonna blog about my friends. My friends who are all so awesome and so fun to be with.

I have very different sets of friends. And when I say very, I mean it. Just like M&M's, my friends varies but they are all fun to be with. I have my fandom friends and my friends. My fandom friends are those that like the same music as me. It's no secret anymore that I like KPOP (Korean Pop). Don't get me wrong, I like other music too and I have a very wide music genre range but Kpop just makes me feel more relaxed and their catchy tunes amuses me. Because of that, I've also met a lot of people who enjoys the same thing/music that I do.

My fandom friends, they're awesome. I can't even imagine life without them. They've seen me at my worst, my lowest point (remember last summer? -__-;;) and they didn't think twice about me. Every time I'm with them, it always seems like a party. No dull moments with them for real. And I love that we are very open to new people and we try not to make new people feel out of place. Even if these people weren't from the same school (well some of them are ^^) I am or we're not childhood buddies or what not, but they make me feel at home and safe. And I'm forreal :D

And then there're my friends from school who are as awesome as my friends in the fandom world. I love them because they accept me being the crazy-loud-girl that I am. I love how they don't leave me out and is just one text/call away whenever I need them or whenever we just need to be random. These people make me feel crazily at home in school. LOL I stay more in school now because of ya'll! haha

Happy 11.11!

 Happy November 11th (11.11) & Pepero Day!

Pepero Day is an observance in South Korea similar to Valentine's Day. It is named after the Korean snack Pepero and held on November 11

November 11th is my most favorite day out of all the days of the year. I'm not sure why really, but all I know is that even before I knew about the Pepero Day thing, I've been pretty jolly every time this day comes around. I'm guessing it's because I get amazed whenever the clock strikes 11:11am/pm since its the only time of the day where the 1's are in one specific time. So I guess I got fond of the date as well because of that. I'm not making sense, am I? LOL.

Of course today's no exception. I have a lot of things to be happy about today actually. 1st, I woke up to several texts, wall posts & mention's on twitter that 요섭 FINALLY made a twitter account. I've been waiting for this day ever since 두준 made his which was like 10 years ago. Lol Kidding, just some months ago :)) Oh you don't know how much I wanted to stay home and just spam you with love <3

2nd, the weather when I left the house today was pretty fine but when I got to the MRT Station, the skies were getting dark already. I got pretty scared because by the time I got to the LRT station, it was pouring like crazy :(( I got to a trike since I didn't want to be absent in my Filip class, I can't get a low grade on that! I got to SDA and guess what I looked like? Can you spell, WET? Ugh. But even if I got wet and looked very soaked I was able to get to class (although I was late) and my professor still added me to today's attendance :D Happyyyy <3

3rd, I thought I wasn't gonna see this someone today. But holeysmokes, thank heavens for elevators <3

4th, after my very fail JoseRiz presentation, I went back to the SDA building to hang out with my friends in the lounge and then sat in their Ordev-B class. They are crazy as hell but I'm so glad that we're all very close even if most of us aren't even classmates. LOL AM I RIGHT OR AM I RIGHT ANTON? :))

Ok gotta go do my "700 words about me" paper for GePsych ><

Why are you such a Masochist, Meg?

I don't even know why. I keep on telling my self that it's nothing anymore but well that's why I'm a masochist. You get the point.

And if you don't, let's not talk about it. Last night was a successful garage sale night in Eastwood. Though I was running around (in heels!) all over the place trying to get everybody and the program in line but after everything that happened, I'm just glad that I was able to hang around with my friends and do my job at the same time.

Plus Lauren dropped by! I'm so glad that I saw him again after so many months! He's an FT Island fan and I think I was able to introduce him to my world in a not so mild way. haha.

 

My boys that did so well. Even if I feel a bit unappreciated, I still love you guys. Sorry don't mind me I'm just a bit emo with everything right now. This will pass. BEST (the guys in red), performed Shock and Soom yesterday. There were some glitches but the crowd still loved them. You guys did so well even if ya'll weren't prepared and stuff, you still killed the dance :)

Manor!

AWESOME night-out with friends last night :) And I just wanna say that, my feet HURTS like hell right now, my head is aching madly because I didn't get enough sleep, I look like hell and I don't know if all my answers in my Filip exam earlier are anywhere near right -___- I should get extra credit works from her I don't want to get a low grade in that subject :|

But, I'm so glad that after I felt TWO heartbreaks this week, I was able to hang out and be crazy and wild in a place just because. On a WEDNESDAY NIGHT :D Gotta love that. Wasn't able to take pictures since I was too busy dancing. LOL.

I got my hair trimmed today and got my bangs a straight cut! It feels so good to have my bangs this short :))

and I was expecting this day to be so dull but I'm so glad that I was able to see you even if it was just seconds.
